The garage features sectional doors by the renowned HÖRMANN company, operated via remote control or a mobile app. The fire doors at the garage exit, in two technical rooms, and the smoke-proof doors in the buffer zone, are custom-made by Metallind, a Croatian company owned by the ASSA ABLOY corporation. The garage is equipped with a flood sensor, CO2 detector, smoke detectors, gas detector, alarm sirens, a hazardous gas presence indicator, cameras, and top-quality lighting with CRI 95.

Elegant panic lamps are installed in the garage and stairwell, providing more than 3 hours of autonomy in case of a power outage.

All apartments are connected to a BWT system for drinking water (Best Water Technology), which purifies municipal water from limescale, heavy metals, and chlorine. The device is located in the technical room next to the garage.

An OTIS elevator in the garage provides direct access to each apartment. The elevator is equipped with fireproof doors and a video intercom for contacting other apartments. The elevator shaft is secured with CO2 detectors, smoke detectors, and flood detectors. In case of harmful gas or smoke in the shaft, the alarm system activates a fan on the roof of the elevator shaft to create overpressure, preventing the entry of harmful gases.

At the apartment entrance from the elevator, there is a 10” touch panel for controlling the alarm system, DALI lighting control system, climate control, blinds, curtains, boiler, underfloor heating, cooktop, extractor hood, and elevator calls. The weather station shows current weather conditions, temperature, and wind speed (the blinds, curtains, awnings, and automatic irrigation can be automated according to the weather station as desired by the apartment owner).

The balcony doors are fitted with low-emission glass, providing sound insulation and preventing the interior from cooling or heating due to external conditions and noise.

The kitchen is from the German manufacturer NOLTE.

The flooring is European walnut, 120 x 700 - 1500 mm, natural grade, oiled with micro-bevel for a perfect natural look (Apartment 4. 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors).

The American NUVO audio central Hi-Fi system provides ceiling-mounted speakers in every room with top-quality speakers by the renowned American company SPEAKERCRAFT.

The ABB alarm system central unit and professional detectors from the renowned SATEL company include flood detectors (kitchen, toilets, utility room, bathroom), fire detectors, magnetic contacts on all doors, presence sensors in interior rooms, and on terraces.

The bioethanol fireplace by FIREPLACE with ceramic honeycomb is installed in Apartments 1, 2, and 4 (3rd and 4th floors).

The building facade is clad in natural stone, combining Nepal and Travertine Gold select. All terraces are finished with natural Travertine Gold select stone, protected with products for natural stone by the renowned Italian company BELLINZONI.
